I guess even the most sceptical people would like to know facts about their names. Ancient people believed name has a great meaning - it was magical and nobody should know your name not to hurt you in any way. Modern world is the same in some ways - parents think hard to find a name for their child, but we do not believe in evil eye anymore - we consider it just to be a superstition.

Trying to start a campaign here,to get some things done in our beloved village.So all this info below is adressed to NewCapital citizens,especially for those that haven't read my topic on the forum :P
A flash mob is a large group of people who assemble suddenly in a public place, do something unusual for a brief period of time, then quickly disperse.
After reading more semi-interviews with admins and remembering about older conversations and situations,I started to think of how can we speed the updating the process.
02:50 [Lord of Metal] private [ BISKOT ] as I said - catch 22. No people inhere - no progress.
Admins have always said that the reason for not updating the city,is the lack of people online.Let's see if they really mean it,or just say it to get us off their back.
So here comes my idea:
-To organize some kind of a flashmob online,meaning - to gather as much people online,at one particular moment.
For this we have to:
-Tell all NC citizens,that r playing or have forgotten about this city,about this event
-Advertise this city using every method that is possible(friends,IM,spamming,etc.)
-Make them all register to NC
-Make them all come online at that particular day,at that particular moment
We need to gather at least 200-300 people online,to show the Admins that this is not a problem,to have people online,that we just need some updates to keep these people in the game...
After this,there are 2 possible endings:
1.Either admins realize this is not a dead city,and see some interest in it ->make some updates.
2.They leave it as it is,and we see that they don't really give a...
Attetion:
This should be a common effort,for the sake of this city that we care about so much.Doing this,we should gather our strength and forget all of our conflicts and missunderstandings.This should be a common purpose,of a united community.
Now,I want to see if this idea could be acomplished,so everybody who agree and support me - say YEAH!

As we all know language of New Capital city is English and a lot of our citizens simply can`t use scrolls because they do not understand Russian language. I have made basic guide with translations of scroll`s screens for them and I really hope that it will help people to create their own scrolls. In my photo scroll you can find a folder, called "Screens of the scrolls" just open it and you`ll find 20 screens with translations. If you will have any questions about the use of scroll - what to make, how to make, what to do etc - then I always wait your questions here, in that post. I`ll try to answer your questions as good as possible and I won`t miss a question.
I hope that my work can encourage you to create your own scrolls to share your opinions and thoughts with people, because every opinion is important. Together we can solve problems  We are powerful when we are together =)
Leave your questions in that post and I`ll answer all your questions about the topic.

Angels are innocent, arent they?
Well... everybody knows, that New Capital has just a few citizens, but obviously, noone cares... Its hard for noobies to stay here, because theres no motivation for them to lvl up (basically no items for lvl 8+), and the worst part is, that if you sa "what the hell, ill keep playing" the night falls, and ur constantly with no life, no fights and no opponents, because of the most stupid thing ever....due to lack of attention of angels, our shop is "technically" closed, and if you manage to enter, somehow... theres no garlic...NO GARLIC....Halooooooo, how hard is to press 2x mouse button and refill the stock, to keep ppl at least 80% safe during the night?... well this is just wasting of my time... just like the 14 days of translations turned to an almost a year already, refilling our stock will take ages.... but, behold...if you wont pay any attention to us, there will be nothing to translate, because everyone will leave....
