This post is done for one purpose and one purpose only: To make a stop to the current unfriendly atmosphere in NewCapital.
Please respect that this is a clan matter and should only be handled by the heads/leaders of the different guilds.
I am asking all other, than the ones mentioned by name below, to keep their breath and if necessary, make a different topic to discuss this one. (This concerns the REAL topic on forum, not the copy on Scrolls so fee free to comment)
The responsible ones for each guild are to read this suggestion and sign when they have read it together with their comments.
Try to see the big picture instead of particular players/fights as we are discussing something crucial here.

“Okay, you got our attention, what you want?”
This is a extremely important matter so I am grateful for your time.
All of you are respected players and role models within your guilds. You are what most people wishes to become so your actions, words and even your thoughts have importance. Now I ask of you all to act for the greater good and once again take responsibility for our beloved town.
We need to find an agreement on how to end doing certain things.
We need to unite and say that we no longer find it suitable behaviour to cripple and use bloody attacks on each other.
Our town is smaller than ever, by hurting others, we end up hurting our selves.
I hope that you are able to make a distance and contemplate this matter for a while – You will see that this kind of behaviour isn’t suited for our town at this point.
Cripple manouver and Bloody attacks are game possibilities, sure they are but don’t you think that it’s more likely created for the other towns with population higher than 30 people online.
I believe that you will have some trouble convincing some of your members that this is the right thing to do – but that is why You are the leaders, You are the wise ones able to see the bigger picture and the greater good of different actions. So I ask of you – please sign this treaty and let’s make this city even better than it ever was – Together we can do wonders.

As we all know language of New Capital city is English and a lot of our citizens simply can`t use scrolls because they do not understand Russian language. I have made basic guide with translations of scroll`s screens for them and I really hope that it will help people to create their own scrolls. In my photo scroll you can find a folder, called "Screens of the scrolls" just open it and you`ll find 20 screens with translations. If you will have any questions about the use of scroll - what to make, how to make, what to do etc - then I always wait your questions here, in that post. I`ll try to answer your questions as good as possible and I won`t miss a question.
I hope that my work can encourage you to create your own scrolls to share your opinions and thoughts with people, because every opinion is important. Together we can solve problems  We are powerful when we are together =)
Leave your questions in that post and I`ll answer all your questions about the topic.

.. Тем времем полным ходом идет разработка и тестирование новой системы  Статусных Битв, о которых ранее упоминал Пересмешник [21].
В данной реализации есть фильтр по противнику в зависимости от стоимости обвеса персонажа. Другими словами - игрок видит всех противников, но атаковать может лишь близких по стоимости.
Также вводится возможность накопления специальных очков тактик, благодаря которым многочисленное войско сможет оказывать поддержку великим воинам, а те, в свою очередь, смогут поднять боевой дух и параметры своей армии.
В данный момент тестирование новой реализации Статусных Битв проходит бета-тест на Китежграде.
Рассматривается вариант с заливкой новой системы на один из городов и тестирования на живых игроках, однако.. Гложут меня сомнения, найдутся ли те, кто согласится испробовать на себе нововведение до его окончательного ввода в Большой Мир?..

Update: 06-09-08 20:46 тестовые битвы будут проводиться на одном из основных серверов в заранее оглашенное время. Китеж здесь вообще не при чем.

Наш мир празднует сегодня День Знаний, иначе известный как  День Алхимика.
Как многие успели заметить, в пещерах монстры начали исторгать из себя разноцветные пузыри, содержащие в себе частицы Хаоса. Смешивать их у Шейлы в определенных пропорциях, о которых она поведает вам сама. И, в случае успеха, можно получить ценный подарок - книгу, содержащую в себе некоторое количество полезных знаний.
Однако, в нашем празднике не хватает небольшой детали. Как вам известно, знание - сила. Развернув же фразу - получим неплохой лозунг - только сильный может обладать знаниями.
Да, вы абсолютно правильно меня поняли. Разноцветные пузырьки теперь выпадают в бою.
Update: 05-09-08 13:57 Разноцветные пузырьки больше не выпадают при поражении в бою. Вероятность сборки книги повышена. Время окончания эвента - начало следующей недели.
Update: 05-09-08 13:58  Жрец Храма Тьмы не оправдал возложенных на него надежд и был отправлен в  хаос.
